„Have stayed many times. It is clean comfortable and excellent value. The home cooked food has limited options but what there is is always tasty, hot, fresh and good value. Breakfast is excellent. I would not choose anywhere else if coming to the area. A solid 10/10 here.“

„Great room, small but very quirky and lots of extra touches such as bottled water, fresh milk and KitKats! Just had to remember to duck through door frames. Good sized bathroom and shower plus walk-in wardrobe provided plenty of storage. Cooked breakfast was excellent. Didn’t sample rest of pub food as only stayed one night but the list of desserts was impressive. Will definitely stay again when next in the area.“

„Our second stay here, clean well decorated bedroom of a good size (Room9). Quiet as on the upper floor. Good pub menu with generous portions. It was nice weather so sat outside with a drink before going in to eat.“

Cozy clean super comfortable the surrounding ( the village) quaint and gorgeous friendly bar downstairs gave first drink on the house for guests the breakfast was delicious and homemade wonderful service bed unbelievably comfortable I could move in ! „Nice place .few points could do with some thought .pillows all very hard. Should have two of each to accomode different needs. For the price (£170) would have expected a decent level coffee offer and maybe a small fridge . As a frequent traveler this would be expected at this price level . Shower dispensers hadn't been filled fully . “
