The hotel is not operating. 3 weeks before I checked in, I started to get emails saying the hotel was closed, but they had the wrong itinerary number, and my booking was still active so I called Hotels.com. „My stay was good, the hotel is quite , the room is good and spacious ,but unfortunately some bad issues they never clean our rooms in 5 days , i had to pay a fee of $28 daily for my dog when I arrived to it despite the hotel say pet friendly and I didn’t read any thing about that fee, a lady in the front desk named Brandy was not friendly , she got upset because a couple of guests dropped coffee on the floor , and she has attitude , the rest of the staff super nice “
