Guests can choose to relax or entertain with ample zones inside and out. The perfect all rounder for groups, families, and workers.

With 3 outdoor areas, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining, theatre room, and sitting room, there really is something for everyone at Sommerville Retreat.

The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge open to the main outdoor entertaining area. The fully equipped kitchen has a WIP with plenty of storage, a 5-burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, wine fridge, air fryer, and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen has quality kitchenware such as Tefel, Global, M&W and plenty of platters and bowls for entertaining.

Help yourself to the fresh herbs and tomatoes growing in the outside vegetable boxes and orchard area. While the orchard is only newly established there are kefir lime leaves ready to pick.

The round dining table seats 8 people and the lounge has a flat screen TV and corner sofa. Complimentary WIFI is included in your stay. While you're there check out the world map in the dining area to see if you have been to as many places as the owner!

Prep meals and entertain family and friends at the same time in the large undercover outdoor area. Or enjoy your morning coffee or yoga class with the beautiful morning sun streaming in. The area has a Weber BBQ, sink and prep bench, fans, bar table, and stools, outside table with bench seats, and outdoor couch.

The theatre room can be anything from a fitness studio to a kids retreat, and the sitting lounge is the perfect place for some quiet time.

All bedrooms have quality sheets, bedside tables and plenty of storage. The master bedroom and king single room open to the west facing patio. An excellent spot to enjoy the sunsets or sun during the day.

The main bathroom has a shower and deep bath with a separate toilet beside it. The laundry is spacious and well equipped, and guests can use the double garage which also has a 3rd toilet and dryer.

Property is located a three minute drive to Northgate Shopping precinct and less than 10min to Warrnambool city and Koroit.

Good quality kitchenware such as Tefel, Global, M&W & appliances including a Thermomix (T5), air fryer and a Nespresso machine. There is extensive platters and bowls for all your entertaining needs. Stove is a gas 5 burner.
