Relaxing days on the water aren’t far when you venture to this peaceful vacation rental. Nestled on a quiet cove and featuring 1,500 square feet of lakefront luxury, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is the perfect place to unplug, reset, and leave your troubles behind. Our home is very private and on the end of the road within the subdivision. Unlike many other communities, this subdivision has its own boat ramp to launch your watercraft within the eyesight of the property. Amazing views, a large yard, and an easy walk to the shoreline or our dock.
Minimum age to book is 25+ (Photo ID required from the main renter) We are the only vacation rental in our community. This is NOT a party home or a place for large gatherings. We do require travel party information to include the names/ ages of guests.
Security Camera Disclosure: Your safety matters! There are four outdoor cameras on the property. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.
We will provide starter supplies of septic-safe toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and laundry pods based on your occupancy numbers. Each bathroom will also have essential soaps, shampoo, towels/linens, etc. We try to cover a few basics in case guests forget, but we cannot account for everyone's specific wants and needs.
**House rules**
-Please try to avoid making any loud noises or disturbances between 10 pm and 8 am to allow neighbors a peaceful night’s rest.
-Please Park your vehicles in the designated driveway space only.
- Parking is not permitted on the grass.
-Please do not exceed 15 mph on the approach to our home.
-The garages are off-limits to guests and their vehicles.
- No smoking/vaping allowed indoors. Please only smoke outside. Damage deposit and/or additional cleaning fees will be charged for smoking indoors.
- Tampering with security cameras, locks, and/or Wi-Fi routers will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Outdoor Cameras are there for the protection of the property.
- No fireworks or discharging of weapons on property or subdivision.
- No illegal drugs on property or subdivision.
- All trash in the outside container must be bagged and tied, no loose trash of any kind.
-Please stay off other private docks in the community.
-The property is on a well and septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. If it is found that anything other than toilet paper has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to __$500__.
