Not clean and awful experience
First off they charged me 3 times for the stay. After MANY calls and emails they blamed VRBO for the mistake and finally refunded me a month later. They then proceeded to email me every other day asking that I re-sign their agreement that referenced the wrong amount and credit card. After everything as we were driving to our vacation they emailed a cancellation notice 2 hours prior to check-in. I called them and after several escalations they realized their mistake and flip everything back on. When we got there the door man confirmed the double and triple bookings is common and lack of instruction for check-in. We got there and property was directly and dishes were covered in old filth. We called and they said they’d send someone. Still waiting for that person to arrive. I had to vacuum the entire property throughly, mop the place, and run the dishwasher full of all dishes. To top it all off the property owner emailed me several days into the stay asking for more money for parking. Awful experience.
