Note:
- House has stairs. Like most DC rowhouses, this house goes up. There are many steps at this home. Some of the stairs are narrow and turn. They all have a railing, but if you do not do well with stairs you may not want to stay here. If a few people in your group want limited stairs, the first floor of this home is accessible by just stepping down one step to enter. The floor is entirely on one level. If someone who is not good with stairs was in a group, that person could easily stay on the first floor but unfortunately there is still one step down to enter the first floor of the home. The first floor, which is only one step to enter, has a full kitchen, living room, TV, bathroom and bedroom with king bed. The rest of the house is upstairs. Some may consider the stairs to be narrow.
- Parking is provided but it is just for one car or medium sized SUV. A larger vehicle will not fit in the provided parking spot.
- No smoking of any kind in the house
- No large parties or loud music at any time
- No pets please
