The Neighborhood:
Located in Alexandria, this neighborhood sits squarely between Washington D.C., and Mount Vernon. Positioned at the intersection of Route 1 and State Route 633, it boasts a plethora of restaurants and shops, particularly along South Kings Highway. just a few steps from Walmart, guests can easily procure any essentials they may need during their stay. Meanwhile, residents can enjoy serene views of the Potomac River to the east.
Getting Around:
Just 1.5 miles away, you'll find the Huntington Metro Station, providing easy access to explore Alexandria and its surroundings. Additionally, we're conveniently located only 18 minutes from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. If you prefer alternative transportation options, various platforms are available for your convenience.

We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights.
For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation
The pool is only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day). Please note that access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for a extra supplement

Tuesday to Sunday, open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
We do not provide bath towels.
Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
