Red Cliffs Suite - Two heated pools!

Welcome to the Red Cliffs Suite! This home features a comfortable living room, an updated kitchen, two master bedrooms, and a large patio with a BBQ grill and plenty of seating. Keep the kids entertained with the designated playroom, the heated pools and spas, or the stocked fishing pond. Spend the day exploring at one of the three state and national parks nearby or at the 14 different golf courses in Southern Utah.

On the main floor are the kitchen, living room, patio, and the first master bedroom and bathroom. The playroom is under the stairs by the main entryway. The kitchen has recently been updated and the living room has comfy furniture and a smart TV. The back patio has seating for 10 and a BBQ grill. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom. Upstairs is the second master bedroom with a king bed. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The third upstairs bedroom has two full beds in a bunk bed. There is a half bathroom on the main level, and a full bathroom upstairs, as well as a full bathroom in each master bedroom.

Guest will have access to the entire property besides the garage. Guests can park in the driveway or the designated parking stalls on the street.

This property is located in the Coral Ridge community and has several amenities for you to use during your stay. There are two heated pools, two hot tubs, a stocked fishing pond, a playground, a gym, and a large covered patio. The beautiful Coral Canyon golf course is right around the corner as well as 13 other golf courses within a 30-minute drive. This property is in a central location between Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park, Jellystone Park, and Snow Canyon State Park. There are two Walmarts within a 10-minute drive with lots of other shopping and restaurant options nearby.

If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $100 will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation.
A signed lease agreement and a pre-authorization hold is required.
