„Es gab selten warmes Wasser, die Außenbeleuchtung und der Anzünder am Gasherd haben nicht funktioniert. Außerdem gab es im oberen Bereich kein Fliegennetz und die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft aber gut. Der private Pool war ein Highlight.“

„Der Aufenthalt war ok, aber man muss sich klar sein, dass es sich um ein Holzhaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten handelt. Das Haus ist völlig ungedämmt und man bekommt von den Mitbewohnern alles mit. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Bad siffig und die Toilette absolut ekelig. Selbst die Traumlage und das Angebot eines Ausgleichs dafür konnten uns dafür nicht entschädigen.“

„Old Bank is a community of contrasts. The Jamaican heritage was great, people generally friendly, and genuine. The downside was the massive piles of garbage strewn along the walkways and ocean. „Neither pools worked. Clearly for a while. Both cold and no spa options. Overall the property could do with a little love to bring it up to the cost that is being charged. Worked for our gang as all adults. Staff were perfect. Breakfast yummy each day. Captain and Boat trips amazing. Chef option disappointing. Didn't listen to dietary restrictions for the meal. “

„Words can’t express how much I enjoyed staying in this house. If you love nature, you will love it!!! The house is extremely spacious, we are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, and everyone had enough space, kids even had their own balcony and little mini snack fridges next to their beds. We saw howler monkeys and parrots everyday. One day we saw a toucan, and even a sloth cruised by. No need to pay for a nature tour, everything we wanted to see was right outside the balcony. „The house has a fantastic view. What was not mentioned is that it is literally 97 steps to get to it. When it rains some of the path way is very muddy. One of the wooden steps is not attached. There are chickens and roosters all around which is entertaining except when the roosters start crowing at 2am. „In love with this oasis. It is beautiful, amazing pool and the place is perfect for a family get away. The beach is beautiful and you can connect with nature. The owner is amazing he even let us borrow coffee. Totally recommended. “

„One of the most extraordinary places we visited during our stay in Panama. If the noisy, smelly and crowded Bocas Town is not for you (as well), then definitely check out the Al Natural Residence and/or resort. Away from anything else, in the middle of nature, beaches and gorgeous sealife! The residence was just perfect, with stunning views over the ocean and the jungle. Highly recommended!“

„Tropical private paradise. Beautiful rustic bungalow right on aqua waters. We came on off season and felt like we had the island to ourselves. There are kayaks to use as well. If you want more restaurants and life come in the main dry season. There is coral snorkeling nearby and an amazing indigenous guide and chef named Calypso who showed us all the local animals, sloths, monkeys, frogs, caiman and plant medicines. „It's a smidge out of the way but really cute. The cafe next door is amazing! We stayed over NYE so it was a bit harder to find taxi trucks. We wished there was a TV to relax and watch a movie but overall I'd recommend.“

„Wonderful stay at a lovely apartment on Colon island. Close to the beach bike trail for quick access to town by bike or short ride from passing taxis and bus. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Made for a wonderful stay on Bocas!the hammock on the front porch was a plus, and the outdoor table made dinner a treat. “

"Sehr zu empfehlen. Ruhige Lage, läd sehr zum entspannen ein. Absoluter Geheimtipp. Besonders die Volunteers und das Personal war sehr motiviert. Ab Tag 1 wusste jeder unsere Namen, jeder hat jede Frage beantworten können und uns immer geholfen. Programmpunkte (Wanderung, Song Trivia, etc) waren sehr gut. "

" Amazing location directly at the Bluff beach (consider the distance to the main city) Great service in every aspect, everyone in the team was always supportive and polite Opportunity to book tours directly in the hotel, we can recommend the animal tour with Corinna this was amazing Great food in the restaurant with changing menu (keep tax and included tip in mind) - Breakfast can be a little bit more varied (e.g. orange juice, cheese to the bread, omelette with vegetables as option every 3 days)"

"The Hotel was clean and nice. The stuff was friendly and we enjoyed the ticotico Breakfast. We stayed in this hotel end of february 2024. The whole city of bocas del toro was under construction - so it was loud and dirty the whole day. We loved to come to this hotel after diving. Kind regards Rainer & Ilona"
