„The property was very nice and cozy. We were traveling with our dog and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking through the woods and exploring the frisbee golf course. The view of the lake is stunning and my dog and I enjoyed a sunrise walk. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the house was comfy and we enjoyed relaxing and spending time with our son. „This was an amazing place. It has unique structures, a cozy tree house for sleeping, and a huge dock on the river. You arrive at the top of the property. This area has a big yard, picnic table, and fire rings, along with bikes to ride in the neighborhood. The real treat is through the gate that is on the back edge of the property. I appreciated the thoughtful details, like USB-C phone chargers on each nightstand, Keurig & Nespresso coffee machines, the Tesla charger, and plenty of towels. „The cabin was in a great location. Got to see several large ships way off in the distance on Lake Ontario. Also got to watch a flock of seagulls flapping their wings as hard as they could and not get anywhere because the wind was blowing so hard. Didn't spend a lot of time outside at the cabin because of the wind and most days it was a little on the cool side to just be sitting outside. „Loved the place super cozy will be back. Wish checkout was alittle later!“

„This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. “

„I stayed at this property with 6 of my friends for my sons wedding at Becker Farms & Vineyards. I couldn't say enough about the house and property and the hosts, Toni and Leroy. What an incredible stay we had, the house was beautiful and very clean and every possible amenity was there. Toni and Leroy were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even hung with us for a while at our bonfire. I couldn't say enough about my experience there and highly recommend this property and the hosts!!“

„This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back.“

Owner not close ,I suspect ,as I was asked to deal with septic workers at 9:00 AM and take package off porch. The pool table was a hit as was the poker machine. We were able to easily seat everyone for daily dinners between the dining room table and the picnic table on the porch, and we made good use of the gas grill. „The property was exactly as described, very cozy and very clean. The sound of the lake, the quiet, the atmosphere, everything contributed to the overall peaceful sensation we enjoyed at the lake. The only downfall was that the check in process was a little stressful, as the exact checkin process was not described until we got into direct contact with the owner, who was very nice. But the local towns were very nice and friendly, including several nice lighthouses and tourist areas.“
