„The staff at Baymont was terrific! We were at this hotel for a hockey tournament, and they putout breakfast an hour early for the players to be able to reach before their 7:30 games each morning. That was above and beyond! They could have stuck to their normal schedule, but they accommodated their needs which was amazing!“

„Other than having long discussion about my service dog ( no payment for service dogs, they should know that you CANNOT ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT SERVICE DOG - PERIOD ! ), front desk was friendly. Breakfast ? Well, I do like donuts but that was the only thing they offered for breakfast. Not counting cereal :) Otherwise room was clean, smell nice, comfy bed. Water in bathroom sink run rusty so they should check the pipes. “

„Our stay in Owatonna was great, although, we did not spend much time at the property itself. It was a comfortable space--in which we used both beds--pull out couch and the queen. We had some issues with the internet initially but pivoted and used our hot spot the first night to watch movies (it kept refreshing). The owner rectified the issue by the second night. „My family and I rented both houses right next to each other. The set up was nice as one of the houses had a nice back deck overlooking the lake with plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the outdoors. The host was great and even brought us some fresh vegetables one afternoon from his garden. We really enjoyed our stay.“

„First I am normally not a complainer. I have also stayed in many VRBOs. All very positive experiences.I was expecting rustic because this place looked dated. However upon arrival there is an odor in the home that could not clearly be explained. We bought candles to help with the smell. It is supposed to be supplied with enough towels and wash clothes for 13 guests. It is not. They are working on flooring up stairs so one room was subfloor. Not completed.
