IMPORTANT NOTES 1. Heating and Electricity:
Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for heating & electricity at this property is €10 per day all year around. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €300 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Arrival days:
In peak season (30th of June – 25th of August) this holiday home only takes Sunday-Sunday bookings.
4. Towels:
Unfortunately, this property does not supply towels. You will have to bring your own sets of towels.
