„The cottage was just perfect for our weekend stay. It was spotless inside & the bed was very comfy. Grocery store was close by too. We enjoyed choosing a movie from the huge CD library. Might be a little old school now, but we loved it! Joe responded quickly to messages sent. Cant wait to stay again.“

„It was a very nice room. Hudson was a very sweet dog. The view was decent, better than most hotels. When I was planning my stay, the forecast was normal for Santa Cruz, even the day before I went, the forecast was 67. However the actual high was over 80, which with the western facing windows meant this room was very warm. It would be nice to have an AC unit available for these warm days, but I knew there was no AC before booking.“

The home is clean, furnished nicely and stocked well. Josh, owner easy to work with and on his own reached out to inquire if we’d like a late check out. We also were able to check in early. „Cozy quite place. A little small (1 bed and 1 bank bed) but it was enough for us - family of 4. HUGE bathroom. Basketball and Pool table are a nice touch. Stand alone unit with everything necessary in the separate kitchen. That was a deal for us. Everything within short drive. Awesome stay.“

„The house is old and small but very clean. Great location and neighborhood. Easy walk to the marina, beach or restaurants. Never had to drive on the highway to get to the Boardwalk. The home is well furnished for your needs. Some of the cooking pans need updating. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again.“

„Great smaller home. Recently updated and was done very well. Very narrow garage door opening, but would work for most any type vehicle. Quiet neighborhood but not within walking distance of most anything. Great back yard with picknick table and nice lighting. It is a short drive to grocery stores and casual dinning. Also short drive to beach and fisherman's wharf and to the aquarium.“

„Well appointed cottage in Seaside, less than a mile from beautiful urban walking trails & ocean/beach access. Easy drive to Monterey as well. Found tons of delicious local eateries too. Had some trouble accessing property upon arrival, perhaps because we were 30 minutes early or because our welcome email had the incorrect code. Instructions were a little unclear, you have to use the back door. Property management company answered promptly and we got an updated code very quickly. Minor feedback ...
