„This was the first VRBO house i have ever rented that I didnt need to go buy anything for. Very well stocked with everything you may need. The pool was absolutely amaxing and the brach was so close! The hot tub was so nice for relaxing after a long day of playing in the sun.Will book this place again for sure!“

„Divine Wind was a very clean and comfortable home for my family and I to spend a week at Waves NC. The home was a short walk to the beach. It has been the best home we have stayed at when visiting OBX. The outside lift to get supplies into the house to avoid walking up the stairs is a great convenience. We would definitely book the home again.“

„The house was just what we needed! The beds are a little smaller than expected, but if I had read more closely when booking I would have noticed the sizes. We loved the nook upstairs and the stained glass windows. Kitchen is clean and pretty well stocked with whatever you may need to cook. „We chose this house because we weren't sure of the weather in October. The movie theater room was a big hit with all the kids, and the pool table was a hit for the adults. We loved having bedrooms and bathrooms on all the floors, and the kids loved staying together in the bunk bedroom. „This property on a positive note had enough room for everybody but hasn’t been maintained over the years at a standard that should’ve been maintained for today’s travelers. The decorations were not nice the furniture and surfaces were all old the beds were small and uncomfortable and old. We really felt like it was something we would not be paying top dollar for. To be honest this place is Livermore from not bring a smile to your face“

„We had many of the same issues as other reviewers. The house was dirty and very poorly maintained. It is obvious to me that nobody cares about this property. The owners need to put some seriously time and money into the house in the off season. It’s listed as “Luxurious” which it is absolutely not. If all you care about is location then this is the perfect house. If you care about any other details of the home then look elsewhere.“

„Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town.
