„This trip was a last minute plan. I was looking for somewhere my daughter and I could escape the cold Minnesota weather and enjoy some sun during her spring break. Well everything about this home was perfect. We wanted quiet and relaxing, and we got our wish. Communication with the host was great. Details were clear for check in, while we stayed, and check out. „This property on a positive note had enough room for everybody but hasn’t been maintained over the years at a standard that should’ve been maintained for today’s travelers. The decorations were not nice the furniture and surfaces were all old the beds were small and uncomfortable and old. We really felt like it was something we would not be paying top dollar for. To be honest this place is Livermore from not bring a smile to your face“

„We had a blast! The Lazy River was the most talked about and used amenity. Even though it was colder than what we planned we loved it at Rio Rodanthe. No reason to go anywhere else. We all had a fanastic time.“

This is our second time staying at Mariner's Terrace. Definitely would stay again. “

„Our family of 3 generations enjoyed our stay on the beach. Enjoyed having an open main living with plenty of room to hang out. Ocean views were great. The outdoor shower was not working properly, so we probably brought more sand into the house as a result. Good location. There was much excitement in the neighborhood when the house down the beach fell into the ocean! Our rental was very safely located a distance from the dunes, so no worries.“

„The kitchen was above average for OBX beach houses -- it was great having lots of bathrooms -- the pool was large, private and secure (perfect when you have little ones) and the hot tub was excellent (room for four if you are friendly). Owners helpful and easy to deal with. Easy convenient walk to the beach on a wooden walkway. Would def come again.“

„Right on the sound side, with two piers, one for fishing and one to use to launch a kayak or two. We stayed a wonderful week between two hurricanes (Gorden and Helene). The house fit us well as we had three mobility impaired folks. With the wooden ramp to the first floor plus two roll-in showers on the first floor along with two bedrooms it was ideal. Only two minor issues, one of the 5 toilets was out of order and required a part and many of the dishes, pots and pans were not well cleaned ...

„Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town. Walking distance to the beach and Froggy Dogs. The pool table and arcade games on the first floor are a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again. “
