„Wir waren vor 5 Jahren schon mal im Cliff-Hotel anläßlich einer Hochzeit bei Freunden. Der Service ist ok, die Betten gut. Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist allerdings ein Witz, viel zu dunkel, keine Beleuchtung in Spiegelnähe, nur ein paar eingebaute Deckenleuchten. Zum Schminken etc. muss man sich im Zimmer vor den Spiegel setzen. Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss direkt unter dem Dach, wo es trotz Ventilator unerträglich heiß war (bei Außentemperaturen knapp über 20 Grad). Wir haben dann ...

„My stay at the Pier Hotel was very pleasant. The staff were excellent & the room was clean. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom had a long window which was clear glass & the blind had to be permanently pulled down otherwise anyone walking past can see someone sitting on the toilet or having a shower.“

„The room was great, lovely quiet location and staff were very helpful. Having the suite was a real treat although a shelf or platform by the freestanding bath and extra toiletries would have been nice. The property is ideal for an exclusive break but looking a bit tired in places, they could make much more of the gardens, which looked rather unkept, but perhaps the time of year was a factor. „We were relocated to the other hotel- the Dolfin hotel. We were very tired and we had to walk there about 20 minutes. There was two men sitting in the garden staring at our window. It was creepy. I think they work there because they where at hotel every night. Reception and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. “
