„House feels very new and clean. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, especially given its small size.Folks should be aware that one bedroom is only accessible thru another room. It worked out fine, but there was some teen angst about it initially. “

„Great place for snowboarding trip in the winter. Not just a summer VRBO. Hot tub and pool table were a huge hit! after boarding all day! Owner was very responsive and made our stay great. “

„Not so easy finding a house that can comfortably accommodate 37 people with ages ranging from 8 months to 68 years but this one sure did. Very spacious with so many bedrooms and beds. Obviously the pool and hot tub were the high points but there were plenty of other things to do. Christie the manager was always on the ball to answer any questions that popped up. She was very accommodating as was Adam, the owner. We all had the greatest time.“

„The location was perfect for what we were in town for. Communication with host was great.“

„I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place.“

„We needed to make a last minute trip to MI from SC to visit family. We were so lucky that this little gem was available. It is small and cozy but had everything we needed. The weather was cold and snowy. It was beautiful. It felt like we were inside a snow globe during our stay. It was only 8 minutes from our family which made it very convenient. We usually make MI our summer vacation but after this stay we are thinking of adding a winter trip. This was a wonderful winter retreat.“

„The Host was quick to respond and very accommodating to my groups needs. The place itself was clean and well furnished. That being said the neighborhood is a little far from any grocery or restaurant, but nothing a Lime Scooter can’t fix. A great place to stay in Grand Rapids.“

„Our children, their spouses and their children joined us for a Labor Day weekend fun time. It was the perfect spot for all of us and they were in the water from morning to dusk. The owner answered our calls promptly and was very helpful,“

„We were expecting to pay for a low class 2 star at best event. Found this 3 star for 1 star price. We were spending our double date. Me and my fiance invited her daughter and son in law to join us for a movie and dinner in grand rapids. Which is out of town. Drinking was mentioned so we decided to get a cheap hotel just in case.
