„We had a beautiful time at this little cabin. When we arrived, it was snowing, which made for a cozy and memorable experience for my family. The town was small, and the people were incredibly friendly. We will definitely be returning again! Be sure to read all the information and instructions about the cabin while booking—it really helped us make the most of our stay.“

The owner has a few rental cabins on thebriver on his property, so just make sure to get directions from him to get to the right spot (the address is to the entire property). The cabins are sporadic through the property, so you still have the feel (and reality) of being secluded.“

„The house was very clean and cozy. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and more. The hot tub was clean and hot even in the snow! The only problem we had was not being able to get back up the driveway due to the gravel being wet and ice forming when it snowed, but we ended up just parking our cars at the top of the driveway and had no issues. Overall, a great stay.I would not take a car that doesn’t have 4 wheel drive. “

I would recommend a guide that stays in home for general knowledge, eg; the area to how to work heat/cool systems, eatery’s, things to do etc. And there’s not the seating as in pic. Highly recommend a small tv in bedroom tooWould for sure stay again as long as price didn’t go up. It was also fitting. “

„A quiet and clean respite from the intensity this time of year. Everything was just as described and it was a safe and relaxing stay. “

„The ceiling in the bedroom with the king size bed upstairs has leaked and has some mold. It rained very hard while we were there and we had to leave due to a flash flood emergency from Hurricane Helene. When we were trying to leave, the front door would not lock.“

„Exactly as promoted and exactly as we remembered having stayed here a few years ago. Well appointed house, wonderful view from the deck and less than 5 minutes drive into downtown. Would actually be walkable to town except for the steep climbs. Had a great time and will be back for sure.“

„Die Lage ist zum Erkunden der Smoky Mountains in Ordnung. In gut 30 Minuten ist man mitten im Nationalpark. Dazu gibt es in Waynesville ein paar sehr schöne Restaurants und eine nettes kleines Stadtzentrum. Allerdings wird in jedem Fall ein Auto benötigt. Parkplätze gibt es dafür kostenlos am Hotel.
