„Perfect! We absolutely loved the light filled living area overlooking the lake. The fireplace and swing chair were favorites. The hosts were very generous in providing firewood and use of the lockable garage to store our ice fishing gear at night. „Overall, I thought the property was excellent, and the property was chosen for an SNHU commencement weekend. It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. Despite clear instructions on the heating units, it was a little tricky to get the heat running but once we did the bedrooms seemed to be 5 plus degrees hotter than the common sitting areas. „Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. “

„We had a bunch of friends and their families together for the long weekend. The house is perfect for everyone to be able to have plenty of space and amazing entertainment. The kids LOVED the pool and we set up the living room for a perfect movie night. We will be back! “

„Overall good rental but these are 3 minor issues: 1. A railing from the parking lot to the front door would help to walk down the steps. 2. Additional bath towels and wash clothes are needed. 3. A large stone is missing from the last deck step to the dock.“

„The house was beautiful, enough space for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of towels for everyone. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Extremely comfortable beds. We had a great stay, except for the 1st night when the power went out and it was very cold outside. However, the host was very helpful and did everything he could to make the house as comfortable as it can be under the circumstances. He was easy to get in touch with and replied back immediately. „We were a multi family group with a slew of kids and the house was great for us! The bedroom set up let us get kids to bed and not wake them when adults stayed up in the evening. Super cool property and it felt really private. Everything was really clean, including a sparkling hot tub . The location was great for access to winter activities- ice rink down the street, trails, and ski resort. Would definitely stay again! “

„We spend 2 nights over New Years in the Cabin. While the weather did not cooperate, the cabin and host really helped. The Cabin is perfectly equipped for a family with kids. Playroom with an abundance of toys, a great Livingroom and cozy kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were easy to work with and helpful. They were accommodating in anyway they could.
