„Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Das Check-in war mühsam, das Schlafsofa extrem unbequem (Zumutung) und die Angestellten nicht serviceorientiert. Das Zimmer wurde nicht täglich gereinigt. Bei einer Unterkunft für rund 360 CHF pro Nacht erwarten wir mehr.“

Randy was very welcoming and available for anything that came up during our stay. They had an early Halloween event for the kids which was such a great touch. Our daughter loved the experience. „We can fully and absolutely recommend this cottage! The Cottage of Penny is a beautiful home. We felt cozy from the first minute. Everything you need for a great holiday is there and provided. Very lovingly decorated and it is simply thought of everything. The landscape and nature in Prince Edward County has left a lasting impression. It is wonderful.
