Is accidentally booked two nights and only needed one. I made this known right away by chatting Expedia, and was told to speak with the “resort”. They told me to speak with Expedia. I chatted with Expedia, they told me they couldn’t reach the resort after multiple attempts. I spoke with the resort, they condescendingly told me that Expedia never attempted to call them…that they have ZERO missed calls and their “information has been the same for 17 years” and they “ensure their information is updated every year”. Expedia agrees I should be refunded for the second night. The “resort” agrees I should be refunded for the second night. Then I receive an email from Expedia saying that because they have been unable to contact the “resort” I am not getting a refund. Ridiculous. And I go to Chelan 8-10 times a year. I’ll never stay at this resort again unless this gets resolved.
