„We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and stocked with more than we expected. The yard was huge and the kids spent their days in the pool, sandpit, and playing volleyball. Would stay again!“

„The room was very comfortable and clean. The building was safe and luxurious. The key code did not work to unlock the building but I go in with another resident. The key fob in the room stopped working 4 days into my stay. Other than that hiccup, it was a great place to stay. I had to get used to texting to get help but it is a great location, central to lots of restaurants and near the college. “

„Welcoming and easy to access place ! Clean and safe neighbourhood, easy communication with the host and good location. Only thing I would request is to have a shower door or covering put in as it is wide open. Every shower, water splashes all over the toilet and floors making a mess. Overall, had a great time thank you so much!“

„Facilities were wonderful. Very comfortable amenities. Perfect location and beautiful courtyard. However, we were disappointed as there were dirty linens in the washer and the dishwasher was full of moldy dishes. Really wish those few things hadn't spoiled it, otherwise I would have given this place 5 stars all the way. “

„The studio was a great find. Tom was a great host. Communication was fantastic. The Nespresso machine was an added bonus. Having coffee on the patio over looking the landscape was relaxing and peaceful. We couldn't ask for a better location, close to many great restaurants. You could leave your car behind and walk, which was good because parking was sometimes difficult to find. The best part is that it is only 2 hours from home. We will definitely be back“

„Overall, the stay was really good. The condo is really pretty. The host is incredible with immediate communication. Parking was great for two cars off the street.Wish the kitchen had a few more things to have made cooking easier but we managed. Also, there was no hair dryer so bring your own.“

„We enjoyed this wonderful property in a great neighborhood during our weekend activities in Raleigh. Our group consisted of four men in our 70's from around the eastern half of the country. The bedrooms were comfortable with well appointed and ample bathrooms. We utilized the big screen TV upstairs to stream the Saturday night race from Rockingham. Check in and out was a breeze and their was ample parking for our 4 cars. I would highly recommend this property. “

„As soon as i arrived i saw a very large group of people standing and sitting in the parking lot and it made me very wary about staying but id already paid and decided to stay. The room was clean but the security was lax and room was dreary. I won't return.“

„The property itself was nice, cute space good for a solo traveller or couple. Was in need of a sweep but other than that was clean, had dishes and cutlery available, had a fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Shower was nice, had good water pressure. Bedding was comfortable! Main issue was with communication, I had asked about checkin information the day before and day of check in, and they didn’t send it until an hour after checkin time. "The accommodation was anything but what the pictures showed. My door had a huge gap, the curtain on the window was down - anyone could see in. Rooms stinks!! The kitchen was dirty and the doors were peeling. Lots of strange stains on the walls, could be anything from blood to dirt? Sticky and loose floor. Dead cockroaches. On top of that they ask you for a USD 100 deposit and return it a week after departure. This is NOT a temporary hold like in any other hotel. I moved to another hotel at the day of arrival. I will contact CHOICE Hotel directly. Pictures are taken. Even for a budget place, this is a disgrace!"
