„The property shows signs of heavy use, with chipped kitchen cabinets and stove burners that do not all function properly. The kitchen dishes, pans, and appliances are also lacking in quality and quantity. The kitchen sponges were old and previously used. The washer and dryer are shared among four other rental units. „The condo itself was just as pictured: the rooms are cozy but had everything that we needed. „The house was exactly as described and very enjoyable for our family so I am leaving 5-star review despite a couple hiccups (see below). NO fire escape route. Grill, pool very dirty. No usable pool chairs. Bedroom closet 1/2 full of owners property. Owner and/ or his dogs in our space daily. Owner very rude and unaccomadating.“

„It was a get away from the city, we fished, swam, ate, and relaxed. It was a perfect size for 3 adults. I would say my only 2 complaints would be the air conditioner as if it was hotter . If if was gotter than 95 it would be not cool enough and and pan with a lid. Show was amazing location was perfect.“

„The email we received as our "Keys to the condo" wouldn't open so we had to get VRBO customer service on the phone. They were great and sent us a new email with the info we needed. Then the code didn't work for the door so we had to call customer service again, he got the owners on the phone with me and they fixed the code. Everything after that was wonderful. An absolutely gorgeous condo!! “

„They need to remove walk to the beach. It is nowhere close and that’s why I bought it. False advertisement! Also did not like the laundry list of things I had to do to check out. None of that was communicated while booking. When I pay that kind of money I am not mopping floors, wiping down shower and cleaning linens. I also hated staring a dirty alleyway. “
