„Although we had an issue with the home being cleaned in preparation for our arrival, this was not at the fault of the owner and they were genuinely apologetic and beyond accomodating. I gave cleanliness 5 stars because outside of this the house was clean and organized. The home was very spacious and comfortable. Although it was December the kids enjoyed the wonderful outside settng. Would very a great place to come with a group of friends or family and just hang out. If you have to go into town ...

„The Cozy 2 Bedroom Abode in Historical South Park was a nice place. I stayed alone, so it had plenty of room for me. I like staying in vacation homes versus hotels because I like having a yard and the option to cook and prepare my own meals in a kitchen. My biggest gripes: there was not a remote for the television, and the place had a very hard time warming up. I haven't been to Ohio in a long time, I am from Texas so maybe the cooler temps took me aback. I couldn't get the place over 70 ...

„We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house. The location was perfect and allowed us to take some nice walks with the dog. We were close to shopping, as well. „We made a roundtrip and this was, especially when it comes to cleanness and comfort, by far our favorite (it is literally neat and tidy :) ). The accomodation is in a nice quiet neighborhood. On top there are some kinds of snacks prepared. That rounded it up. When we come back to the Dayton area this will be the first place we'll want to stay.“

„Everything from the listing and reviews was accurate. We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, on our last full day we were locked out for over an hour when the batteries for the lock died. The host was responsive, and we were able to get back in; however, my daughter-in-law was unable to respond to work issues while her laptop was locked inside. We also missed part of the Columbus Blue Jackets game due to dealing with the lock issue.“

„Long weekend with the wife to hit the antique stores and the US Air Force Museum. Well equipped with a Master on one side and 2 bedrooms and a bath on the other with dining/lr/kitchen in-between. Lots of steps, so if you are mobility impaired I probably would think twice. Zero issues with the property or amenities while we were there. Would book again.“

„This home is immaculate and very comfortable. We stayed two nights to see a Broadway touring show at the Shuster Center. The location was perfect not only for the venue but for anything else you might need. Large fenced in yard for our two dogs and lovely neighborhood.“

„My lifetime friends and I stayed in this wonderful home to celebrate our 50th birthdays (just a couple months apart) by going to the USAF museum (again for 2 of us as we're aviation enthusiasts). The home is close to the museum and within a good distance to the airport as well. House was huge and had everything you need. Very pleased with our choice. If I ever come back, I'll be booking this house again. “
