The location is amazing and worth it alone! This home reminded me of the quintessential beach home from childhood. We all would be happy to return here. “

„My family and I had a wonderful late summer week at the Private Cottage at Ridgevale Beach - Chatham. The house was perfect for the 6 of us with plenty of space to accommodate some work days. The house was meticulously clean and well equipped for a week or longer stay. Chris was great to work with and very responsive. Will stay again in future. “

„This is a very beautiful, clean & comfortable home. It is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, tourists attractions….anything you might need to enjoy your stay. It is also a place you can enjoy coming home to at the end of the day and also a place you can really enjoy hanging out in all day. Extremely quiet and lovely neighborhood. The well stocked kitchen (pots & pans, plates, bowls, etc) was perfect for the night we cooked in. Highly recommend!“

„We booked this property for our bi-annual family gathering in Chatham. Our priorities were the heated pool/spa and ping pong, but this beautiful home had so many more highlights. New construction and the owners have thought of everything to make a family stay comfortable.
