The second upper level area has the fourth bedroom all by itself at the top of an open staircase (there is a door in the mud room that separates this wing from the kitchen/living areas) and has a king bed and a living room area with a queen pull out sofa bed, as well as a private en-suite bathroom.

The pool will be open from 5/3/25 to 10/11/25. The property is available for weekly rentals from 10/12/24 to 5/2/25 at a reduced rate while the pool and spa are closed. All linens and towels are provided. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Please call for additional details. No pets or smoking allowed. Sat. to Sat., 7 night minimum rentals during the peak season. Shorter stays at a reduced rate are available in the shoulder season. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
