„We stayed at this lake house for a weekend away from our daily busy lives. This home was so relaxing and had the most incredible views. We enjoyed the outdoors with fishing off the dock and the cool evenings by the fireplace. The host was very responsive and communicated with the us throughout our stay whenever we had questions. We will be back here again with our family. Truly a wonderful experience.“

„This is a spacious house in a beautiful location right on the shore of Lake Champlain. There is limited access right behind the house where we were able to take pictures of the comet and gorgeous sunsets. There are many books to be read and a variety to choose from. We weren’t able to use the fireplaces for some reason. But after reading the House Instructions, we saw they weren’t available. Definitely read those few pages because they contain many instructions for trash dispersal (composting, ...

„We had a lovely time in our little cabin. It was clean and cozy. The weather was absolutely wonderful, so we sat on the porch in the rocking chairs a lot. A handy spot to stay and do day trips .“

„Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock ...

„The Ham Fam Lakehouse was lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and the lake view was fabulous! We enjoyed the gas fireplace on chill mornings, and the sunset view in the evenings. The lake was easily accessible and we enjoyed walking the driftwood strewn beach. We had a few minor concerns the first days, but they were immediately addressed and remedied by the management team. Great job! We thoroughly enjoyed our eight-day stay! We would definitely return another time. “

„Though the house was nice and pretty much what we expected, there was no information about staying there. We couldn't figure out how to get the tv to cable or to hook up the DVD player so we could use it. We didn't put the trash out to be collected because we didn't know when they were coming. We went to the beach that we think we were allowed at but we didn't know because there was no information about it.“

„First of all. We didn’t know the water wasnt potable so we had to grab our own. When we pulled up it’s a barn attached to a house and you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the “apartment” it’s a barn so lots of black flies upstairs so we didn’t use the beds. Spiders all over the place. Beach was beautiful and overall the place was very peaceful but the shower we didn’t use because we didn’t trust the water. Not a place I would take a child under 7. „My partner and I (both in our early 60’s) stayed here in the Fall. Crisp air. Lake and mtn views. Fire pit. House warm on cold nights. We brought our own pillows and quilts. We cozied up on the recliner couch with our quilts and watched movies. We baked cookies and made all of our meals. The oven runs about 25 degrees too hot so keep that in mind for baking. We will be back for sure!! Owners are the best!! We called for help with an issue and he was there so fast. We stayed an extra night. ...

"Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auf dem Flur müffelt es nach indischem Flair. Haartrocker in der Badezimmer-Ecke fehlt (war demontiert). Personal läuft in Hausschuhen (barfuß) durch die Gegend und kümmert sich nicht um die Reklamation bei einem 2-Tage-Aufenthalt. Saftmaschine im Frückstücksraum ist außer Betrieb. Das interessiert auch niemanden. "
