„Very clean! Updated cozy little apartment with everything you need. The outside patio was better than photos. If there were any downsides it might be that we found we had to keep the doors closed to keep the moisture out. But of course this is the trade off for staying on the water! All in all a great stay (especially for a surfer because it was a 2 min walk to the best wave in Tortola!)“

„We were pleased to see that this place really is everything we hoped it would be. The house was well cared for prior to our arrival. Checking in was super easy and the owners are really down to earth, nice people. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We had a wonderful time here. „The three unit building was surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and very private. The apartments are large multi-level spaces. Everything you need is provided. The owners/staff were super friendly and helpful. Plan to rent a car. You can easily walk to stores & restaurants in Spanish Town, but to get to all the spectacular beaches on the island will require a car/jeep.“

„The screen door to the balcony needs to be replaced It doesn’t work properly and allowed small bugs to get in. The door lock to the apartment was broken so we couldn’t lock it. Not much hot water for showering. We managed but had to wait between showers. We were able to manage ok and it was in our budget so considering we were only there to sleep, it was fine. „We enjoyed our stay. The building was nice and the rooms were nice. Check in process was handled well with our property manager as we were on the top floor and he carried all FOUR of my heavy suitcases to the top floor for me. We had AC issues and it was fixed within 15 mins. Property manager was quick to respond. The only complaint was the faucets in bathroom and in shower looked like they weren't fully cleaned and the bar soap that was by the sink wasn't fully replenished it was clearly an old ...

Two wonderful weeks with my mom
"My mom and I rented this beautiful villa for our vacation on Tortola. The villa is absolutely stunning. I never booked a house so well equipped with everything you need. It had the perfect mix between being close to the beach and up on the hill. We enjoyed the breeze that we had during the evenings and the beautiful view a lot. Caroline was a wonderful host, she gave us a lot of tips on what to do around the area and was very helpful and easy to reach whenever we needed something. Thank you for hosting us, Caroline!"
