„This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. „Property was not well looked after. Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails.“

„They cancelled my stay after I had already turned up in Cardiff, pretending that I had booked on another day. I ended up having to sleep in my car during freezing temperatures. It’s now almost two weeks later and I still haven’t had a refund so I’m posting a review. “

„The the property was fantastic and exactly what I was looking for and more. It was beautifully presented and stylish. I loved the retro additions such as the record player with old fashioned albums, the book with old images of Swansea and the copy of Under Milk Wood. These together with a fabulous view over Swansea Bay and towards Mumbles Pier made it the perfect getaway for me and my elderly Dad who has dementia as it helped him to remember his youth and brought a twinkle to his eye. “

„We are a group of 'mature' ladies that for 23 years have been going away twice a year for walking weekends in the UK. The house was extremely clean, well planned out and big! „Lovely few days with our family whilst house hunting. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy sofas to chill in after our busy days. Only downside was the bed in the back double needs replacing as hard with springs digging into you. I did let the owner know and hopefully this will be sorted. Lovely rental all in all.“

„It is not a bad place. The place need to be cleaned properly when someone leaves. A potato and a bottle of milk was left in the fridge. I threw the potato away as it was smelling but did not tough the milk. I think a shower curtain may help to prevent the bathroom tiles getting wet. Thankshe milk. “
