Come and experience the summer splendor and classic Cape Cod feel of this charming home in West Harwich, where you'll be a stroll from the sandy shores of Belmont Road Beach, half a mile south.

This two-story house is full of that memorable summer magic. It's a place where you can welcome family and friends yet still find private spaces to relax, read, and unwind. When you head to the beach, beach chairs and towels, and an outdoor shower are on hand to make it all the more fun.

The property's incredible energy begins in its beautiful outdoor spaces. As your kids play in the yard, you can operate the gas grill from a cushioned seat on the patio and set the table for an alfresco meal on the large deck. The screened porch provides another space for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine overlooking the yard.

Inside, the house is full of its original character yet decidedly up to date. It offers wide-plank floors, lovely windows and dormers, and a ductless air-conditioning system that efficiently cools the whole space. Enjoy an open living area where you can stream movies on the Roku TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a farm-style dining table where you can set up one of the many board games each night. The house has family-friendly features, including a washer/dryer, a Pack 'n Play, and a high chair.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everyone in my party of five commented on the cleanliness and spaciousness of this unusual find -- a bedroom for each of us! It was just the right lodging for our college reunion. The only feature I would improve/repair are the blinds in the "beach" bedroom. They are missing a string or chain and only go down halfway.

Lots to love about this accommodating space
Well positioned in a real Cape Cod neighborhood. Easy to get to the beach thru a sweet park. Loved the bikes and the 3 outside seating areas. Most comfortable our Sept stay manage to avoid rough weather and we had not too many crowds when hitting the towns. Loved the Cape culture from the Lavender farms to the Chowder...Found a great place to rent E bikes to do the trail in Dennis Port just off the Rail Trail.

House is a great location on the cape where you can take a 15 min walk to the beach or walk into town. House had plenty of space for everyone and we enjoyed all of the games and puzzles in the home as a family. My only complaint was outdoor space isn't as pictured. There were piles of branches in the yard, weeds overgrowing the patio, weeds growing up the house, onto the deck and growing into the outdoor shower.

Girls Weekend
This property was perfect for our girls weekend on the Cape. There were five of us, so the 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for our group size. The living room was comfortable for watching a movie, and the deck with dining furniture were also great for lounging in the nice weather. The house is within walking distance of a beautiful beach, and a short drive from multiple beaches and plenty of restaurants. The available beach chairs and bikes were a nice bonus!

Excellent Property for a family Get together!
Been looking forward to getting our families together for the holidays and this property was perfect. There was plenty of space for both of our families to have our own space. The open living area has loads of natural light and feels so homey with plenty of seating for all of us to spend time together. There is a great deck to soak up the afternoon sun and the patio is also a great place to do some grilling and relax. I would highly recommend this property.

Weekend getaway with friends
Had a great weekend at Robins house with my wife and a couple other couples over a fall weekend. Robin's house was perfect for us and very comfortable with plenty of space. The house was very clean. There was a storm a couple days prior to our arrival which knocked out the power and Robin gave me a warning in advance but luckily the power came back up before our trip. Robin called to check on saturday night to make sure the power was still up. Overall a great experience and i would definitely go back.

Comfortable Beach House
Weekend getaway with girlfriends. Owner was very responsive to questions during our stay. House was clean and comfortable, my only comments are 2 of the rooms that has twin beds are more for kids than adults, one of the rooms has a sloping ceiling in that if you get up too quickly you can bang your head on it. Also an upgrade on pillows would be great, they give very little support.

Friends weekend
We’re three friend couples who annually spend a weekend in New England together. First time all together on the Cape. The House was centrally located and a very short trip to both the cape code bike trail, which we wanted, as well as to Chatham where we spent a fun day shopping and eating. Lots of great restaurants close by. The house is cozy and clean and we loved the numerous bedrooms. We were able to enjoy the backyard and screened in porch and had a fun game night in the living room. The kitchen is a narrow galley kitchen so we opted to eat out instead of cooking tho it was pretty well stocked if you did want to make a meal. Two things that are in the description but we had overlooked and I want to point out- despite paying both a cleaning fee and a linen fee- linens are left folded on top of each bed so you will need to make your own bed (and strip them when you leave plus put them in the laundry AND run it). At the same time check out is at 9am so you have to get up pretty early on a Sunday in order to get this done.. We did ask for, and Robin allowed us to, move our check out to 10 since the house wasn’t being rented the day we left - which in our experience is a more usual check out time for rentals, which we appreciated. If not for those two issues plus another one we had when we arrived (which Robin helped us with) I’d give this 4 stars.

House was very conveniently located, clean, and as advertised. The two twin bed rooms were pretty tight with very limited closet or bureau space to store clothes. But the kitchen was fine and living/dining areas were very comfortable. The outdoor deck space was great!

A Special Wedding Weekend
We rented this property sight unseen and found it to be the most perfect rental we could have ever asked for to be on the Cape for our only son's wedding. It is very clean, very spacious, laid out to allow persons to stay downstairs, (my elderly Mom), as well three bedrooms upstairs with more space. The location to our venue and church was 5 minutes in either direction making it most convenient. The yard, screened porch and side deck also provide awesome space and with multiple gents afforded the opportunity for them along with my son to hang out aside from being with the "parents", etc. We couldn't have had the more perfect rental and all communication with the owner prior to our arrival was perfect and most amiable. We found that Covid protocols were in place, everyone felt safe and taken care of. My husband and I will be forever grateful for a weekend of memories we will cherish forever involving our son. Do not hesitate to rent this property, you will not be disappointed in any manner.

Great Stay
This property worked great for our family of three, with plenty of room to spare. Description and photos of property are accurate. All appliances and amenities functioned correctly and this property seems free of any odd quirks or weird exceptions. There is a playground very close by and a small beach as well. This is a great house to stay at!

A Gem of a Stay in West Harwich
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely West Harwich house. Robin and her crew spared no expense providing every amenity possible for a very active family of 4. Whatever was listed in the property and amenities descriptions were there. We needed a house that had a bedroom for each of the kids and a bedroom for my wife and me. This house offered that and plenty more. During a few late nights, we partook in the family games available on the living room shelf. My youngest child learned how to play Monopoly and thoroughly defeat us in it twice. There were beach chairs for us to use when we went to the beach. I was able to cook hearty breakfasts with the well-stocked kitchen before we explored the Cape. Despite the plethora of restaurants in the area, I was able to barbecue three dinners at the house and we enjoyed every morsel. I really wanted to relax and enjoy at the house, but the Cape alone offers so much to do in terms of activities such biking, kayaking, mini-golf, beaches, and eating. However, we can only do so much. If you decide to stay in the Cape in the future, I highly recommend this house.

Coastal Cottage Retreat
We loved staying in this coastal cottage right down the street from the beach in Dennis. We parked a short distance away and walked the trail to the beach. It was nice to reconnect with family and friends after the Pandemic. My four siblings and their families from MA & CT came to visit and there was plenty of room for all of us. The deck on the side of the house is very spacious and comfortable for socializing and eating. The home is very well stocked with everything guests need during their vacation. Check-in went smoothly and Robyn, the owner, was very helpful before and during our stay. The property manager, Ken, was also helpful and responsive when I called him about an A/C issue. He came out shortly and addressed the problem right away. We enjoyed a day trip to Nantucket out of Hyannis, eating at several local restaurants and shopping for gifts in Harwichport. This house is ideally located to easily travel for day trips to Chatham, Dennis, Harwichport, Brewster, Orleans, Truro, and Provincetown as well as the islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Thank you, Robin, for a fabulous and relaxing vacation week. I look forward to renting this comfortable cottage in the future.
