„Overall this place is really nice. Very small but fit our group (5) fine. The location is lovely and we had an amazing time. However, it doesn’t seem prepared for a group looking to do more than drop off their bags and sleep. There are not enough cups or other utensils for 5 people. All of the fans are non-stick with completely destroyed coating, making them a real health hazard. The trash had not been removed when we checked in and it was overfl.owing. “

„This house is great!!! Beautiful views of the sound, just across the street from public beach. House is beautiful inside with old hardwood floors throughout. Bathrooms are nicely updated. We had 4 couples staying for 4-5 days and were able to really enjoy our visit. The only negative comment would be lack of washcloths, only 3 in the whole house. We purchased some. The corner seems to have some questionable activity throughly the day, at least while we were there.“

„I gave the property listing all five stars because all aspects of the property were as described in the listing. The only suggestion l have for improvement of the property would be for hand railings to be installed on the wall side of the stairs to the 2nd floor, as the stairs are very steep and hard to navigate for an older person. “

„The house was perfectly clean with excellent access to the beach. Beach was very quiet and secluded with not many people on it, which was very nice! Road was busy but we felt better with the gate on the deck to keep our kids contained. House was set up wonderfully with a very open and spacious living area. 12 people did not feel cramped at all, even with 4 kids in the mix! “
