„I stayed at Oakwood Residence for 5 nights in February. As I expect it and I am used from Oakwood the service personell is exceptionally friendly, but - unfortunately- regarding the execution of the service, it really depends with whom you are dealing... Trying to book a pickup from the airport a few days prior to my stay didn't work at all: I called and wanted wanted to book a pick up from the airport, but was asked to write an email. „Ok for the price . Could be maintained better “

„I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall.“

„The stay was for 1 night. The olace is nice and the staff is friendly. The property needs to be renuated and also the removes need to have mosquito repelents as too muxh of mosquitoes in the room. Stay is fine. Just need these few improvements.“

„My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night.
