„My husband and I (and our dog) loved the peaceful location right on the Tuscarawas River. It’s a quiet retreat with great porches. The yard is large and our grandkids had fun playing there. The host was very responsive with any requests we had. Nearby is a microbrewery and also, a winery within walking distance. We also rented kayaks a few miles away for a fun day. The host, Maxx and his family were friendly and helpful. Great visit!“

„We arrived this lovely cabin ready to enjoy a few days of peace and quiet. It is just lovely and so very clean. Unfortunately, just a few hours later we were called home. In our haste to repack and leave, I walked off and left my wedding ring. Paul, very kindly, mailed it to me; I was so thankful. We are hoping to go back one day. It is so peaceful there, and I’m sure we would enjoy it very much.“

„Lovely rural area surrounded by mother nature. Plenty of games and hiking to keep busy. Hosts had scones, eggs, juice and milk for cereals already there, in addition to some snacks. The cabin was great, a bit warm upstairs for sleeping when it was over 90, but I just slept on the ample couch with no issues. If we head back that way we will definitely be back.“

„The house was beautiful. I’d say it is not conducive to elderly people. The couch is very low to the ground. It lacked end tables on the inside and outside. The home is located just off Route 83 and the traffic noise was continuous even during the night. I probably would have skipped this property had I realized that. “

„This cabin was one of the best experiences we have had! Upon arrival the first thing that caught our eye was the overall cleanliness of the cabin, inside and out! The cabin had such great amenities, again inside and out! The view and overall quiet was amazing! „The Dutch Valley group is very upscale and proficient in managing and maintaining the property, which now centers around the Ohio Star Theater. There were two bus loads of people staying, one of which was from Canada. Hot breakfast was ample. Mostly retired people visiting to see theater programs.
