„Enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect little spot, but I did not notice when I booked it that there is actually not a kitchen. I had brought food to cook, but that did not work! There is a small room that looks like a converted laundry room that has a coffee bar, a tiny fridge (about 1/2 the size of my dorm room frige) and a microwave. „The perfect farmhouse setting. We had the whole Iowa family from Cedar Rapids come down to visit us at this vrbo. It reminded them of the farm property they all grew up on about 50 miles away in Independence. „Host was very kind and responsive, condo was beautiful and very clean, and the location is wonderful! Very walkable and in the heart of campus life. It would be nice if parking was in the same building, but it was close enough (although beware… parking in the garage is very tight). We would definitely come back to stay again!“

„First of all, Nikki was our online host and stayed in communication with me the whole time. When we arrived at Cedar River, I found that the cabin I thought I reserved was not the one I actually reserved. Fortunately for us Nikki was there to check us in and helped us upgrade to a bigger cabin to fit our family and puppies. „Nice location, only about a 1 mile walk to Kinnick. There also is a good restaurant right across the street and plenty of other restaurants, groceries, etc... within easy driving distance. Public rooms in house are not big, but a surprising amount of space in the bedrooms. Owner also found something someone in our group left and worked to return it to us, which was very nice.“
