„This home was better than expected. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find and get to. It was very well appointed with lots of extra amenities, and off-street parking. Close to the Air Force Museum and lots of great restaurant choices. We'll be booking this place again!“

„We don’t receive a confirmation email whether that’s due to my spam filter or the property manager unsure- but we had to get the door Code last minute. Neighborhood sketchy at best. On street parking that will guarantee a hit and run. Inside- no A/C musty and when we sat on the couch we all began to itch. Cockroaches in the bathroom so we left. Contacted the property manager to allow discussion, she never contacted me back so now I am leaving this review.“

„This is a host that goes well above and beyond to be sure guests are happy and have absolutely everything they need! The kitchen was so well equipped with modern like-new appliances, coffee maker with a variety of K-cup coffees and a “snack basket” bonus. The location was close to restaurants and where we needed to go, so it was perfect! Plan on booking it again this time next year.“

„It was great! We came in for a soccer tournament and there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The back deck was a great place for all of us to hang out. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. The house very nostalgic and just a good place to stay“

„Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!“
