„Our third stay at 14 Hodges. We were so pleased with the upgrades. The new beds/bedding were amazing and the new thermostat was user friendly. We managed to cook quite a bit while also eating out at our favorite vegan spots in Salem and Beverly. We headed to Boston via train for the Titanic exhibit and headed to Portland Maine and the lit up for the Holidays Nubble Light House. It was great to visit the PEM once again for some great exhibits and all the local stores. It was great to be "home." “

„A very well kept and compact little apartment. Well stocked with everything (except they forgot dishwasher soap on this occasion). Two issues: the stairs up to the loft were fine for us, but might be difficult for anyone with walking issues. And the heating system was a bit of a mess. Upstairs roasted, while the downstairs main room was chilly, and the downstairs bedroom became a sauna if you closed the door. But for most people I'm sure this is not a winter time rental!“

„We had our annual friends weekend away & Chelsi’s house was the perfect setting for it all! So spacious, there was a room for everyone to do just what they wanted! Pool, hot tub & sauna was a fun added bonus! The theater room was great for the guys who wanted to hang there! Kitchen was really well stocked & had so much room for us all to gather. Beds were comfy & all the linens were cozy too! We had a great time & hope to come back! Thanks Chelsi!“

„My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property in Hampton Beach. We were able to walk to walk local nara and restaurants. We stayed here in the winter but could imagine it being a very active and fun place to stay in the summer. Micah, the owner, was very responsive!“

„We were at the property for two nights; 7 college friends celebrating 50 years of friendship. We got really lucky with amazing late summer weather and thoroughly enjoyed the beach and options for picturesque walks. It is a really beautiful area. The house met all of our needs and we had some great laughs sipping wine and relaxing in the large living room and on the porch rockers. The only complaint was we needed more time! We can also highly recommended The Beach Plum for amazing lobster ...

„Beautiful, cozy stay near the ocean. Beautiful views a short walk away. Because of the weather we didn't get to use much of the outdoor space, but several nice chairs outside. Felt pretty private, separate entrance from rest of house. The grill was a nice touch, but nowhere to sit and eat inside (other than the bed) so we didn't get a chance to cook. Thanks for the lovely stay!“

„Home was perfect for our family get together. Location was super close to downtown shops and tours. Plenty of towels and blankets. Lots of hot water for our group of 10. We had 3 vehicles and had a pretty easy time street parking one. Check in email was detailed and helpful. Check out process was simple, for which we were very grateful. Great stay overall!“

„This rental was super clean, cozy and conveniently located close to downtown Salem. Perfect for enjoying Halloween festivities in Salem. We stayed a couple days the week before Halloween. This unit was well stocked with coffee, paper products, a few snacks, kitchen supplies, soaps … and provided everything else we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed this rental very much. “
