Good location but a bit tired
The property was in a good location and has good space for two people. The apartment was very clean. The owner was extremely responsive to questions asked prior to arriving and check in was easy. The views are great (the road works spoilt it a bit but no-one can control those sorts of things and they will finish soon). It is probably fine for a 1-2 night stay but not well equipped enough for 10 nights if you want to cook on a few evenings. The decor was nice but parts are quite old and tired e.g the bath tub/shower has lost it's surface in places and the floors are uneven and starting to lift in parts.

Great expectations unfulfilled
Property was ok, old but clean. The ongoing construction work spoiled the beautiful view. Bed was super comfortable, couch was not. The washing machine was broken so we had to use the coun laundry across the hall, which was in a word, disgusting. Hadnt been cleaned in months i would guess. The location however is great. Cant say i hated the property but have had much better previous rentals through VRBO

What a nightmare!
After not getting instructions from the property owner on how to access the property as promised, we were left with no choice but to contact VRBO directly. They subsequently tried to contact the owner several times with no success. VRBO then found us lodging (at a location that did not have the amenities we expected and paid for). VRBO gave us the owners number and suggested that we try to contact her once we were settled in at our “substitute” accommodations. After trying once to get in contact with the owner once by phone and getting a full mail box message. I tried again and was actually able to speak with her. I told her what had transpired and she was not apologetic and was very defensive about our not being properly notified on how to gain access to the property. I wasn’t expecting this to say the least. Instead of apologizing and saying she would look into it and make it right with us, she rudely said she was canceling our reservation and then hung up on me. After MANY hours of our vacation spent on the phone with VRBO, we had to find lodging and pay out of pocket on our own for the balance of our trip! Over the course of the evening that we were supposed to check in and four hours on the following morning, my wife and I simultaneously were on the phone and more often than not, on hold while VRBO said they were looking into getting what we had paid for the VRBO accommodations at a minimum. Long story short, after a week and a half and repeated contact with VRBO, they did get us a refund on most of the money spent on the VRBO property. What we weren’t compensated for was out of pocket expenses for lodging with less amenities than what we expected or originally paid for as well as expenses for food that we had planned to prepare at the original property. I won’t even mention the time or stress that we had to endure to try to get this nightmare taken care of when we should have been enjoying our vacation. Too bad this owner lacks proper communication and follow up skills much less customer service and common courtesy! Look elsewhere for a quality, stress free vacation!

Stay somewhere else or you’ll lose your money
I’ve stayed in many rentals and vrbo’s. I’m not overly picky on appearances just as long as it’s clean. This was not. I got in later in the evening and wanted to shower and go to bed. The tub (not pictured in the listing) is peeling and missing patches of coating. Ok, not a big deal. The toilet also isn’t fully sealed to the floor so it wobbles. I go to grab a towel and it has multiple hairs on it. The bed had so much hair in it, I could have made a wig or recreated the people that had previously slept in these very dirty, unwashed, stained sheets. I searched the linen closet to try and find clean sheets which ended up being a more challenging task than I had anticipated. I peeled off the old sheets only to find a very stained mattress cover with what looked like urine stains. I ended up sleeping on the couch with the clean sheet I found. The pillows were also dirty. I go to close the blinds since I would be sleeping in the living room and all of them were missing pieces or sections. I went to make sure the doors were locked before bed only to find that the balcony door lock was broken. I should also mention that the only redeeming quality of this place would have been the water view. However, that view of the water was ruined by the machinery and cones for the major road construction happening right beneath the balcony. Don’t waste your money on this place. I will never use Vrbo again as they don’t protect renters. I’m not sure how this place had positive reviews. I left the next morning and vrbo and the host refused to refund my money.

We had a pleassant stay in the condo. Evertything was functional and the location is perfect. Clean, nicely decorated, the bed and the sofa were comfortable too.

Great little spot on the water
Lovely condo, walkable to great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching boats go by. Nice quiet complex, and we slept great.

Great location
Corria was very prompt with communication and we were able to check in early. The accommodations were comfortable for the 3 nights we stayed. The apartment was conveniently located to many great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the views of the intercoastal waterway from the balcony. Overall a very good experience for a long weekend in West Palm Beach.
