Der abgeschiedene Hinterhof ist ein Garten mit raschelnden Meerestrauben und sich ausbreitenden Palmen, die das Haus in einen schattigen Rückzugsort verwandeln.

Tagsüber können Sie unter einem strohgedeckten Seminole-Chickee im Freien entspannen und in kühleren Nächten in Florida unter exotischen Meerestraubebäumen in Florida Zeit im privaten Whirlpool verbringen.

Casa Coco ist perfekt für zwei Personen auf einem romantischen Kurzurlaub oder für eine Familie von bis zu fünf Personen, die Zeit miteinander verbringen.

Eine fünfminütige Fahrt bringt Sie zum Strand, zum City Place, in die Innenstadt von West Palm Beach und zur Worth Ave in Palm Beach.

Das Haus ist genauso wie abgebildet
Es war sauber und ordentlich, allerdings ist es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alle Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf waren vorhanden. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider ist es nicht ganz ruhig dort, da der Zug sich lautstark ankündigt.Auch das Windspiel vom Nachbarn war nicht zu überhören. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sind bei jeglichen Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Im Grossen und Ganzen können wir das Haus weiterempfehlen.

This Is A true oasis! More than 13 palm trees all around! The pool and a hot tub tiki hut!
I was so impressed with this property! 5 stars! Everything is so close by, and Mary the owner also is close by and if I had any questions or concerns she was over there that day! She is a sweetheart and her place is absolutely gorgeous I loved it loved it loved it! I highly recommend this beautiful oasis! I would recommend this as a five star plus property! I will definitely return thank you so much Mary! Your property is absolutely beautiful all the details are impeccable and plenty of things to cook with all that we did not cook! It would be a chefs haven because she has every thing you need all the spices!!! Thank you very much Mary!!

5 Stars is not enough!
We stayed for a week and attended a nearby conference. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The house is fantastic. It's clean and has everything you need. The beds and all the furniture is quality and comfortable. The hosts are kind, professional, responsive and extremely helpful. They answered any question we had quickly and thoroughly. They even provided local recommendations that were spot on. The only concern we had when booking the house, was it only having one shower. When we arrived we learned that there is a fully equipped and private outdoor shower. It was so nice I didn't even use the inside shower all week! The backyard feels like paradise and showering out there is an added bonus to our stay. I told my wife we are installing one when we get home. :) If this house fits your needs, book it and don't look back!

This property, hands down, is one of the best ever!! Immaculate home!! My hubby and I stayed here to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary!! We had the most amazing time. The backyard is a tropical oasis. Tranquil, serene, private, clean & beautiful!! The manager, Mary has every single detail covered. She even had fresh flowers and fresh fruit upon our arrival!! Best Stay Ever!!
Wow!! Words cannot express the beauty and serenity of Coco Casa!! Every single toiletry you can imagine is provided for your personal use. The kitchen is fully stocked with more items and seasonings than I have in my own house! From the front door to the hot tub this property is exceptional. We were absolutely over the moon with the tropical landscaping! I noticed everything and even the trees have had the coconuts removed as an additional measure of safety! Our week in Casa Coco was a wonderful treat for my husband, teenage daughter and I. This beautiful, sunny home has Spanish architectural features, very comfortable beds and furnishings and the back yard is truly a piece of paradise with all of its lush palm trees, pool, covered tiki lounge, hot tub, hammock, etc. The kitchen was stocked better than any home we've rented. The host is incredibly easy to communicate with, had great suggestions for beaches and restaurants, and provided many thoughtful extras including delicious snacks and coffee upon arrival, luxurious bath products, and new beach chairs and umbrella for lovely trips to the beach, just to name a few. I didn't want to leave and would book this property again!

Stayed in an amazing Bungalow for Tony Robbins Event
We rented this house from Mary & Arnfield for 5 nights for an event at the Convention Center. It was in a great neighborhood close to downtown. The house was fabulous and well furnished. The backyard pool, cabana and spa are were well landscaped like a lush tropical forest which made you feel like we weren't even in the city. We met with Mary & Arnfield and they were very pleasant and accommodating. Did I mention house cleaning each day while we were out. Unbelievable service. 6 🌟 Thanks so much and be back soon.

Our experience started the moment we paid for our stay. Mary communicated with us by providing a link to a comprehensive list of things to do in West Palm Beach. One week prior, Mary sent arrival instructions with the offer of shopping for groceries. Upon arrival, the home was immaculately clean and welcoming. The kitchen and hall closets were well-appointed with cooking essentials, plenty of cookware, silverware, cutlery, plenty of beach towels and bathroom towels and wash cloths. Mary thought of everything! The pool and hot tub were relaxing- I spent most of my time in the relaxing hammock. Mary was very responsive to our questions and even visited the property to make sure the pool was free of debris after a heavy rain fall. My husband and I will return next summer- the countdown has begun!

This classic Adobe style home exceeded all of our expectations. The home itself is lovely and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the towels, beds and linens were all top quality. The backyard pool, tiki room (with day bed!) and hot tub only accuentated a wonderful stay. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Also, everything we wanted was quite convenient to this location. We would return in an instant! But, the best thing about this property were the homeowners and the manner in which that handled every detail of our visit. They were quick to respond and made it obvious they were available for anything we needed but respected our privacy throughout our stay. Casa Coco was a lovely and well appointed oasis that was just what our family needed for our mid pandemic get away. When we visited, Palm Beach County had a strict face mask ordinance and we not once saw anyone who was failing to comply. The pool was warm and clean, the beds very comfortable, and the host very kind and accommodating. There’s plenty of outdoor space and indoor space to help us get through a mostly stay-at-this-home trip, which was both work (telecommuting) and play. The kitchen and the bathrooms were very well appointed, and there was nothing that we wished we had from home!

Privacy and luxury are not easy to find. From the time you arrive at the WPB Oasis as we call it, you find that and more. The owner could not have been easier to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. We stayed there for business in the area, which made it easy to get to and from without wasting time driving to distant hotels or dealing with parking and all else. We love the comfort of home when traveling, and are always fearful of the quality when renting. This met every expectation we had. Well worth the cost. Definitely will come back again.
