Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, microwave, wine glasses, oven, gas stove, blender, barbecue utensils, baking sheet, coffee are easy to grab for your convenience.

▶ Our professional cleaners make sure that all of our properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and are inspected prior to each stay to ensure safety.

LOGISTICS
▶ Check-in: 4:00 PM
▶ Check-out: 11:00 AM
▶ Personalized self-check-in instructions will be provided at 6 am on the day of your arrival.

GARBAGE
▶ Residential Pickup Day: Tuesday & Friday
Recycle Pickup Day: Friday

Location: Up the driveway, just before the white fence

PARKING
▶ The driveway is reserved for our Main Home Guests. Ample and free street parking located directly in front of the home is available to you.

PARTIES & EVENTS
▶ Parties are not permitted UNLESS by prior request AND approval.

PETS
▶ Pets are permitted. Note, there is a $75- $200 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay. This is subject to change and is based on the number of pets and length of stay. The payment request will be sent during arrival date.

CAMERAS
▶ CAMERAS: We do have external surveillance & noise monitors at the home for everyone's safety. Security cameras located around the outside of the home.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
▶ Goodwick Hosting will not be responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.

DISCOUNTS
▶ Long-term stay discounts are already generated on the platform upon inputting your dates.

PARKING
▶ Please prioritize parking in front of the house through curbside parking as the actual house driveway is reserved for the front main home guests.

TOWELS:
▶Make reasonable use of towels as we do not change towels daily. Keep them as clean as you would like to receive them. If the towels are stained, damaged or lost, you will be charged the cost of its replacement.
