„What a cool location to take our winter family trip! We loved the secluded property. The drive in was so interesting with the hills and the viewing of the Amish community. My son is obsessed with horses and barns and this place was a perfect surprise. The house was very nice and cozy. We did have to vacuum when we arrived as we have a 2 year old who would be on the floor, so it did need to be vacuumed. An alarm kept us from sleeping one night, which was awful, but the host apologized the morning ...

„Pictures are accurate. The kitchen needs a little updating but worked out just fine. Well stocked. If you're planning on staying here in the summer be weary of all the insects from the river. We were not able to use the firepit or the grill because there were too many flies everywhere. The property around the house can use a little cleaning/sprucing up. “

„We really enjoyed the location and the cabin! The space has great views of the river and accommodated our party of 6 very well. Whenever I stay in such remote areas as this, any "inside" recommendations on places to see, recreate, eat, etc are very helpful and would be a welcome addition to the place. „Our family which reside in the Milwaukee, and Minneapolis areas annually rent a house somewhere in between to enjoy the Christmas holiday. We chose the residence in the Wilton area this year for our get together. The host, much to our surprise decorated the home with a Christmas tree and other decorations which really made it a special time for us. The house was very neat and comfortable which also added to our enjoyment.“
