„We just wanted a bed for the night but got a lot more. The Motel is so much nicer than pictured on the internet. The Nauvoo Mormon History Sites are nearby and the trip was a great experience.“

„This was the best place to stay! There was a lot of room and a restaurant downstairs! We could easily walk to shops and the Temple was visible from the window. I read up on the history of the place and it used to be a hotel. I could see that layout in the bedrooms and locations of the bathrooms. It was so fun to stay here. We were here for 5 nights and would do it again. The host was very communicative and helpful. There were 7 adults and 2 children in our group.“

„The property owners were very nice and helpful. Check-in was easy. The reference in the listing to a picnic on the beach seems mis-leading. You do have a nice view over the river and we had a pretty sunset but no beach. The house looks nicer in the pictures than in person although it is large and accommodated our needs. There are a lot DIY renovations that pretty odd but didn't really interfere with our stay. Just not as luxurious as represented. I should acknowledge I manage some rental ...
