„We needed a place for family to meet although it was only two of us staying overnight. Really interesting, nice property!! Lots of deer out back! The bed was comfy, but the living room furniture- no one could sit in it and be comfy. Otherwise, a super place!!“

„The house is spacious, was accurately reflected in the listing and met our needs. Negatives are that some of the furnishings are tired, becoming aged and worn, and that the swimming pool did not heat up to a comfortable swimming temperature. As a result we did not use the pool at all though we paid 500 to do so. Only the hot tub was used, and that was regularly. Also the outdoor grill is very hard to ignite and we only discovered the trick to light it by accident.“

„The Okoboji Lakefront home was perfect for our needs when we travelled to the area for a wedding. The three bedrooms, plus three extra beds in the basement, and two bathroom setup worked well for the seven of us. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed; we also found the washer/dryer useful. When outside, we really enjoyed the large deck to fully take in the atmosphere of the lake. The location of the house made traveling to and from where we needed to go very convenient.We were ...

„Check in was easy. I did have to ask the host about the code once but it was a me problem not holding the knob right. She was quick to respond and troubleshoot. Location is lovely and the space worked well for our stay. The kitchen was well supplied, the internet worked great, and the bed was comfy.“

„We needed a place for 6 people to stay for the first weekend of Clay County Fair. Condo is about 20 minutes away from the fairgrounds, however it's a quick, easy drive. Very nice!! Tip I learned, bring your own coffee bc there likely won't be any in the cupboards and early mornings require coffee. “

„We loved staying at Russ’s property! It overlooks the lake, as shown, but photos don’t do it justice! It was hard to get our group back inside one you cozy up on the deck! Pretty clean place! Lots to do and see within a walking distance or 5 minute drive. We will be back for our annual girls weekend next year!“
