„After our drive, we enjoyed a peaceful walk along Lake Barkley and through the woods around the quaint town. We were greeted with a blue bird and three deer on our walk. Later, we took a short 15-minute drive to Patti’s 1880 Settlement for an amazing dinner. If we had been visiting during the on-season, we would have stopped at Hu-B’s along our walk. „Everything was great!“

„My husband and I came down to celebrate our anniversary and visit Green River distillery. Randy’s home was perfect for us! He met us at check in and gave a walk through of the home. It’s clean, comfortable and beautiful. We didn’t stay long enough to use the kitchen, but had we needed to, it had everything necessary and then some. We loved the hot tub and privacy in the backyard. Check out Moonlite BBQ and Callas while there. If we return to Owensboro, we would love to stay in Randy’s home ...

„The house was very clean. The lake views are amazing. The upstairs bedrooms are so beautiful. The only thing I could recommend is more exterior lighting (there was only one weak light outside the front door working) and maybe warn people that the entrance to the driveway is steep at the top and you cannot see it al all at night.“

„This cabin is very cool. THe view on the water was amazing for sunsets. My family of 6 played cards and appreciated the games there. Amenities are nice. Coffee maker and Keurig both available. We came at a time (October) when many of the restaurants and places seemed to close down because this is a lake town, so restaurants were scarce and had shorter hours, but we found the Burger Barn (delicious) on the lake across the bridge into the LBL, and the next night we drove about 30 min up to Grand ...
