„The resort was beyond my expectations. The only complaint is the WiFi. It kept dropping off while at the resort all the time. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful. “

„Die Angestellten waren meistens sehr unfreundlich. Das Frühstück war wirklich Mangelhaft an der Auswahl. Wenn man aber z.B noch eine Portion Früchte holen wollte wurde diese sehr sparsam ausgegeben. Die dusche wahr wirklich eine Katastrophe! An warmes Wasser gab es während den 4 Tagen Aufenthalt gar nicht. Zudem das die Brause extrem verkalkt verstopft war. Die Unterkunft an sich ist schön und auch der Aussenbereich wird gepflegt.“

„Awesome oceanview, very nice. We visited this hotel during low-season (March/April). Service level is reduced since almost no customers. However, the staff did what they could to offer well crafted drinks and arrange taxi pickup service. The place itself has come into years of service. A general renovation of several details such as floor tiles, lights, bath ventilation needs to be upgraded.“

„Leider etwas zum Zentrum abgelegen, aber fast alles ist im Hotel erhältlich, Fernseher funktionieren aber nicht mit Programmen, tolles veraltetes Hotel mit einer großartigen Anlage über mehrere Ebenen mit pools und Sitzecken im Grünen und einem wunderbaren Privatstrand. Neben diesen Fakten großartiges Personal am Empfang und fast überall. Die Location ist es wert und in ein paar Jahren komme ich bestimmt wieder! “

„We had organised a free pick up service from the airport that was offered by the hotel. The driver arrived half an hour late at the airport. When we complained to the receptionist (Alicia) she had a very bad attitude towards us (for whatever reason), claiming that the pick up wasn't correct anyways. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service.“

„Dem Hotel merkt man an, dass seit Jahren wenig investiert wurde. Die Gesamtanlage, aber auch Details wie das Bad unseres Zimmers sind in schlechtem Zustand. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Dennoch hat man insgesamt das Gefühl, dass sich niemand wirklich um die Gäste Gedanken macht. Trotz der schönen Bilder im Internet würde ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, zumal die Realität deutlich düstere aussieht als die Farbfotos.“

„Nice little hotel, but just near the airport, so you hear the planes starting/landing. Quite a high price for the accommodation, the room was quite basic. So the value for money was not consistent.“

„When I first arrived from the airport, I felt a little apprehensive, because the property is somewhat remote, with nothing close by. However, the owner swiftly arranged a transfer for me, to go grocery shopping. While the apartments are a little dated and the walls not very thick, I felt safe. I left all my stuff there, for a few days, to go traveling with only hand luggage and found everything as I‘d left it. „Ein Hotel das in die jahre gekommen ist. Man merkt, dass viele Dinge nicht instand gesetzt werden. Die Rezeption war häufig mit dem Hinweis besetzt "will be back in 5 min". Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereir, Preise im Restaurant viel zu teuer dafür Frühstück nur Standard“

„Bellisimo is a cosy hotel walking distance to the beautiful Buccoo beach. The room was cosy, clean and there's a kitchenette which was convenient to make breakfast and even store leftovers. I had my vehicle which made it easy to move around. The hotel is about 20 minutes drive from the airport and attractions such as StoreBay and Pigeon Point beaches. The Mt Irvine beach is about a 5 minute drive from the hotel. It would be difficult to move around from there unless you have a car. There's also ...

„The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.“
