„Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 “

„We had a really nice stay. Tim was very kind and inviting, made sure check in was a breeze, and was helpful with recommendations. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great, as is the view. Bed was comfortable but is also on wheels which was a problem for our dog going under the bed. We also discovered a lot of dust bunnies under the bed and arm chair as a result. Lastly, you should know that the water is sulfurous. It didn't bother us but it's worth knowing. We would ...

„House is as advertised and we had an awesome time on the kayaks and paddle boards on the lake. They were super easy for kids to maneuver and the lake is easy to navigate. The view is gorgeous from the porch - an amazing place to see sunrise and sunset. We made smores by the fire pit and there were plenty of comfortable beds to sleep many. There’s only one pub nearby so we cooked most nights, kitchen is dated but works and you hand wash your dishes. A wonderful way to spend a long weekend!“

„Close to Jay Peak & restaurants on Newport’s Main St but laid out awkwardly. Bathroom is huge but living room is cramped. I was a little worried that we would be cold since it didn’t look well insulated, but the heat was good & strong & it didn’t take long to warm up. „The kitchen is beautiful with plenty of room for guests to hang out. Tons cookware, plate ware, etc. Two new coffee makers and kettle. Also, a big beautiful grill all ready to be fired up. Unless you are an extreme cross country or wildness skier, the ski in/out was not useable. We drove to the mountain. The chalet is every bit as spacious as pictured and well worth the price. “

„This house was lovely! David was so incredibly nice and accommodating, even offering sleds to my boys so we could go sledding. We had such a great time and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The yard is fenced in for our dogs, too! “

„The place is right in town within eyeshot of the trailhead, and a stone’s throw from the Tiki Bar (a landmark for cyclists). Interior is excellent, fully updated and great for a group (6 beds, large kitchen, big dining table and comfortable living room). Has a lockable bike shed too. We stayed for three days (rode for 2 and skied for 1). Had an amazing time, will be back!“
