„Nice hotel, nice location But the staff is terrible unprofessional and not able to check you in in an appropriate time. It took me almost half an hour to check in. Also there was a conference in the hotel and the 4 elevators for 12 floors were constantly blocked. So it took me another 20 minutes just to get to my room. Also it’s very hard to find a grocery store in Baltimore. “

„I had a water leak in the bathroom it was cared for it greatly, special thanks to Antonio (i hope i got the name right) I was slightly freaking out, out of fear and he was very patient, calming me down and helping me to get to another room. The Rooms as well everything else was very clean and the harbor is just beautiful, i would come back every time again.“

„I came up for the Orioles-Blue Jays game and was blown away by the customer service. My room was exactly in the area I requested, plus it was clean and comfy. Hotel clerk gave me a water bottle upon check-in. There was a party next door to my room at night, but within five minutes, security had them leaving the room. Parking instructions were very clear and parking was easy. I liked staying here because it was also close to Little Italy and I felt safe. Will definitely give the Courtyard Inner ...

"We booked this place specifically for the pool, because it was the first picture in the ad, and listed by the website that we booked through. As I understand, this might be a marketing problem, it is also a broken promise. Also the tennis court was already closed, the kids were very disappointed.. staff was very nice though!"
