„Southern Hospitality is real. The property was great but the hosts were even better. They lived in the neighborhood and came by to fry up some fresh southern foods. Soft shell crab, catfish and shrimp as well as an authentic crab boil with crab fresh off the boat. The accomodations were excellent, juke box had all the songs we looked for, pool table was well kept. They even lent us some fishing poles and tackle, caught some crappie and bass right off the dock. There is also a nature trail right ...

„The house was fantastic. We had 19 people ages 12-67 and everyone had fun. From fishing and crabbing in the bay to swimming in the gulf and metal detecting the sands, the days were full. The pool table saw plenty of action. The back deck offered up terrific views with beautiful sunsets. A terrific place to stay for a large grou, my wife and I went home with wonderful memories. “

„This place had exactly what we needed to accommodate 10+ adults. Lots of room and great views. We did lots of eating, drinking, laughing and dancing. Played cards, watched football and walked on the beach. Weather wasn’t the best but didn’t stop us from having a wonderful time. We will definitely be back.“

„The pictures are accurate and the front porch was perfect for sitting and drinking coffee! This property is very clean, centrally located in the middle of Houma. The was plenty of room for our family to spread out and enjoy our time there. The only issue we had was that there is so much going on in Houma during Mardi Gras we had problems getting back to the house because of the parades.. Thanks for a great stay. If we make it back that way we will book again!“

„We loved this unique home. Especially wonderful for anyone who enjoys great views, loves to fish, bird watch and stroll down the beach. Our family of 8 had a blast. Everyone was so comfortable with all the bedrooms and baths. Saw dolphins swimming close by, and even had two otters join us one night as we sat in the swing and watched the sunset. Richard, the host, was great whenever we had questions. We left happy and hope to return. “
