„The property is set up great, very clean, hosted our crew of 5 adults very comfortably. We had great snow and Trails. Its a hike to the trails but easy, about 4 miles to the trail. Only issue we had was cooking. we had planned on making a dish for five but the biggest skillet was an 8" telon pan that the coating was destroyed on and another 6" skillet. No biggy but changed so things for meals.“

„Had no trouble finding this lovely place on the lake. Overall enjoyed our stay, however: House needed a deep cleaning. Beds were uncomfortable. Foam mattress toppers were too hot. Sheets and blankets didn’t fit the king bed. Both bedrooms/1 bathroom are downstairs, and dehumidifier needed emptying several times a day. Refrigerator water dispenser incredibly slow. „This is my second fall trip to the Turtle Cove property in Hiawatha National Forest. The house and property were excellent, clean, and ready when we get in the first evening. The location made for great adventures and the morning views of the fall colors were excellent as I sipped my coffee. I will look to stay at this property again on my next visit to the area.“
