„What a beautiful area, our host had everything covered just in case you happened to forget anything. Very cozy, a beautiful beach and all sorts of games and accessible outdoor activities. „The cabin is exactly as described on VRBO. We had a little difficulty with the lockbox (probably because both my husband and I have arthritis in our hands). The lake is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed evenings by the fire pit enjoying the lake. Great location as we visited the shipwreck museum and Mackinac Island. We also spent a day just enjoying the cabin, the lake, and watching movies. We thought we would miss internet but really enjoyed not having it. We wished that there was a bathroom ...

„The location and shoreline is beautiful and many shoreline gems. The water is pretty cold, but returning in a warm month (July) to snorkel is on the radar. I enjoyed making a fire inside most nights, and the owner referred me to a fishing guide, very nice time outdoors (3 pink salmon & a steelhead) No northern lights this time, but I’ll be back ~“

„Did not use bunk house but cabin was perfect size for 2-4 people. It was clean and comfortable. Great place to launch day trips and an even better place to come back to. Access to beach right out the door and can watch freighters come and go day and night. Hard to beat!“

„My family loved the cabin. We spent Friday on the island then all the rainy day Saturday in the cabin. The kids loved the beds and all the games. The mosquitos were insane but was a great time. Definitely will book again“

„We loved this house! The location is perfect. The sunroom and the beachfront make this worth it! They provide standing fans to the rooms that don't have ceiling fans which was really nice. Our main hangout space during the evenings was the living room. We completed 3 puzzles together on their perfectly sized coffee table! „We wanted a place that was close to family where we could just relax. This exceeded all expectations! Everything had an extra special touch. The view is extraordinary - we even had Northern Lights on the first night! Beautiful deck and great for watching freighters and wildlife. The furnishings are lovely and everything feels new, yet retains that cabin feel. We had family stay with us one night with small kids and it was great for them too! We loved it and will be back. “
