Terrific location here at Glaciers Reach! Located in beautiful complex directly across the street from the Village/Marketplace Fresh St. Market. On free shuttle route to gondola, and steps away from the Whistler Village stroll, restaurants, shops and night life in Whistler Village. This is a two level ground floor unit. Quiet section of the complex. Comfortable living area to enjoy with family plus PRIVATE hot tub on deck.

- Master Bedroom: New Queen bed, Full size closet with storage, AC unit

- Second Bedroom: Bunk room with double bunk on bottom + twin on top. Additional Twin as well. This bedroom has it's own full bathroom plus 2nd TV. Storage and AC unit (sleeps 4)

- Additional 2 guests sleep in the living room sofa converts to queen sofa bed.

- Living Space: Spacious and bright open concept Living/Dining/Kitchen all on one floor. Cozy Gas fireplace. Living room has pull out sofa bed and comfortable decor throughout.

- Lift Access: Short walk through the village to access lifts + gondola + on FREE ski shuttle route

Place was great - we had two units combined into one for our family of 5. Small but comfortable. Wish there had been towels for the hot tub, but we made do with the bath towels. Kitchen had everything we needed and more, very close to shops and the Village Walk, and the private hot tub was excellent. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location, rundown property
The property itself is in a great location, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and the bus stop which is a <5 minute ride to the ski lifts. The house itself has a weird layout with the kids bedroom with the en-suite bathroom. The bathroom fan in the main bathroom didn’t work and one half of the hot tub jets did not work. The condo also has a large staircase from the entrance to the living space that had we known existed, probably wouldn’t have booked it as we have an older dog that struggled with the stairs. While we did enjoy the location, the house itself could use some love.

Can’t fault this property!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for exploring the area on foot and super close to the supermarket which was handy! Apartment was well stocked, clean and tidy. Internal laundry was a bonus and the outdoor spa was divine. Only feedback we would have for the owners is to clear out the cupboards and under beds etc of all old/stored items that are not for guest use.

Nice, centrally located Condo.
I stayed here with a group of 6. The unit is well located near BC Liquor and a large grocery store. Host communication with Bob at iTrip was excellent. The hot tub was great and the inside of the condo was cozy. Our only complaint was the dishwasher had not been installed properly and was not bolted to the counter. When the dishwasher door is opened the entire washer falls forwards and starts to slide out from the counter.

My family arrived late at night (12:30 am) at Whistler. Bob and the other staff were kind and courteous getting us checked in despite it being after hours. The condo is larger than I expected and well laid out to host many people. It’s a good value for the price.

Right on track!
After two previous Stayz properties which were a little disappointing, and a looong trip, we were so relieved to arrive at “Side Tracked.” From the moment we walked in, it felt like home… The property was exactly as advertised- roomy, beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and comfortable. The attention to detail from the hosts was outstanding and very appreciated … from the welcome chocolates, plentiful supplies of everything from towels to kitchenware, free wifi & smart TV options, even a handy boot warmer! Although located out of the main village, the property was easily accessible via the friendly & free shuttle bus service which officially runs past the door every hour- but we found it was more like every 20 mins in the winter. Alternately, we could easily walk to the village on the scenic trail accessible across the road. Skiers can enjoy easy access to the Orient Chair and even ski their way home almost to the door if desired. The best part- enjoying the tranquil mountain views from the hot tub at the end of the day… we highly recommended getting Side Tracked!

Not clean and missing supply
The property was not cleaned very well. The bathrooms were not scrubbed cleaned and there were cobwebs above the fireplace. The kitchen towels look old and stained. Supplies were missing also. There were no sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towel or tissue paper. Many of the lights and the bedroom TV were not working and there were cobweb on top of the fireplace. The property manager was responsive and send staff to bring some of the supplies the next day or two after we contacted him. The maintenance staff also fixed the lights and the bedroom TV. However, the place was still not clean and kind of messy. It also took the staff couple days to bring supplies (and not all the supplies were given).

Overall, this unit is was nice. It was nicely updated and the private hot tub was great. Compared to many other units I’ve rented in the past, the kitchen was really well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils and pots, pans and baking dishes.

Overall the unit is in a great location and has a well equipped kitchen. The big plus here is location! There is lots of room for 5 people, we were a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 kids. The unit did need some TLC. The floors were a bit dirtier than expected and everyone’s socks were brown on the bottom within and hour of being in there. We also found food under one of the beds that had not been cleaned out. As well the condition of bunk bed was unsafe. The ladder to climb up was not secured properly and came off as one of the kids climbed up. We put it aside and used the other beds for the duration of the stay.

Great spot for a Whistler summer
Very cute, well appointed 2bdrm in Glacier’s Reach. Convenient location close to the marketplace. My only complaint was in initially finding the unit as the number order was all kinds of wacky. Once I found it though, it was an extremely convenient spot on the property. Beds were comfortable and the ac units worked well enough.
