Bathroom: with full size bath / electric shower over, sink and toilet. LED mirror. Heated towel rail and fan.
Kitchen / lounge:
Kitchen with undercounter fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric hob and oven with grill. All the usual kitchen utensils. Table and 2 stools. (Plus 2 extra foldable stools). Radio, Iron/table top iron board. gtech handheld hoover. picnic basket and foldable food carrier.
Front Door with intercom.
Lounge includes large two seater barker & stonehouse sofa (which converts into a double sofa bed for children with mattress/foam topper/feather topper).
Large padded otterman with faux fur throws, Chair and padded footstool. Tv with dvd and amazon prime thru wifi. USB socket for device charging.
Modern Electric radiators which are temperature controlled.
Cupboard with cards/puzzles/games/dvds available for some family time !

Parking:
The closest carpark is West Cliff which is behind the street opposite and charges £10.80 per day. Free Dec to Feb. Parking is available in the area with a parking disc (3 hours maximum). On street parking further afield. Please check North Yorkshire Council Website for parking/disc information.

One set of keys collected at the property entrance via a Key box. Keys to be deposited back into the Key box on check out. Lost keys are chargeable @ £10
There are 4 apartments in the building and only 3 owners holiday let so you shouldn't have any disturbance however we do ask guests to keep noise levels to a normal level to respect the private home.

There are plenty of bus routes throughout Whitby. Hop on the X4 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Staithes. The X93 travels along the coast to Scarborough. The 95 route features plenty of quaint villages, such as Grosmont and Lealholm.
